Does anybody has experience with this insert in terms of look and feel and does it snap in or does it need a lot of sanding.

I like this insert. You can install it with little sanding. To make it fit perfectly, you need to take a little material off of the insert or the bezel itself. Check out this post. If you want to PM me, I will send you my number and you can give me a call with any questions.
