UncleJay Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 I've been hunting for my Easter Eggs this weekend as I'm sure some of you know. We'll no damn eggs, but PLENTY of watch stuff. I found a case with some dials from my Rolex days. The Sub dial needs re-lume, so I need someone who can do it right. Also, I may go ahead and finish off. Do you think it would go well in a Bond case? The pins are between 11 and 12, and 5 and 6 so what movement do I need? Someone help please! He has done innumerable rep and gen rolexes including his own genuine 5508 and a number of other folk's priceless gen vintage rolexes. He is the only one who I know who can match lume to aged tritium both in terms of color/ aging and that incredibly vague glow - if you know what I mean. You may have to wait a while, and stand in a bit of a queue,but it will be worth it. Someone help please! Your sub dial is intended for a 5512 model with the calibre 1560. IMO it doesn't need refinishing, just leave it as is.
