lamscott Posted March 30, 2008 Report Posted March 30, 2008 I'm going to need to replace the backing of my new Chanel j12 with the correct one. Does anybody know of anyone... especially near the Pasadena area?

deltatahoe Posted July 1, 2008 Report Posted July 1, 2008 first off, i'm not one to speak, as i've never opened a single caseback on one of my watches however, if all you need to do is replace the caseback, you can use either the duck tape method or a pair of rubber dishwashing gloves to grip the caseback and twist the old one off / tighten the new one on.... btw, i HAVE tightened a caseback or two using the above methods before taking a swim, so i'm not completely useless deltatahoe
alanytical Posted July 1, 2008 Report Posted July 1, 2008 (edited) ...you can use either the duck tape method or a pair of rubber dishwashing gloves... Combine them and use the rubber duck method. Duct tape is just a bad idea. Edited July 1, 2008 by alanytical
deltatahoe Posted July 1, 2008 Report Posted July 1, 2008 please let me know when they come out with context-based spell-check deltatahoe
