By-Tor Posted April 2, 2008 Report Posted April 2, 2008 Welcome to the forum. Start from here. Pretty much all our dealers can sell you one of these. You have to start reading around a bit.

I'm very interested, but a little hesitant to pull the trigger without some first hand experience with this color.
#ars Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 (edited) I'm considering to buy a Bentley GT (white) from Josh or Andrew. The 48mm 6.75 is a little too huge for my taste. I don't want to play the "god dammit, where the heck do you got that huge Breitling from?!"-game with every person who I run into, all day long. The GT is quite a watch, too. The more I look at it, the more I like it. Here is the GT, by the way: Edited April 23, 2008 by #ars

The more I look at it, the more I like it. Here is the GT, by the way: I got this GT from Josh. They have this version in the 42 or 44mm version. It's awesome. Not as 'blingy' as one may think and I wore it everyday for about a year and got little to no "OMG HUGE BREITLING COMMENTS" on it. You rarely will get complimented on it being a Breitling. It could be just my area but most people only know of "Rolex". Anyway - Watch is great. It's big but not uncomfortable. I couldn't go smaller. I am waiting for BCE now, and I gave that watch away! #ars Posted April 24, 2008 Report Posted April 24, 2008 Well, as I said the 42/44mm are good sized-watches, but if I run around with my red 50mm Breitling it's "god dammit, wtf ... since when?" (lol) every 30 minutes. Problem is, that these brands are more common in Germany. They got noticed more frequently. But, to come back to prodigy's question: I think we agreed on Josh as a good supplier for you new Breitling. Have fun with it.

jot9011 Posted July 1, 2008 Report Posted July 1, 2008 I believe the criticism of the GT is that the rehaut is too wide. Don't know if they fixed that or not. The 6.75 is the more accurate rep of the two. Was one of the first reps that I bought. Josh's updated version has the more accurate dark maroon date font. But the AR is still a joke. Easy tell for anyone that has ever worn a Breitling. Definitely needs "real" AR, if you want to wear it with any confidence. Gotta like big watches if you get this one though. Wears pretty big on the wrist. Some say that its too blingy and the design betrays the Breitling tradition. I happen to like it.
