What happened to this watch?

Movement clamp screw came loose; Check to see if there is something jamming the balance wheel from running.

If you can do it yourself, it's a simple fix. If not, heed advice and check with the dealer.

If the "balance wheel" is the thin yellow wheel inside the lower part under the red stone, it runs freely.

In my other watch, It moves very fast, like clockwise - counter clockwise, tick-tack.

but in this defective one, it runs free when I flip the watch I can see it moving

And, is it normal that the watch stops working when one of these clamp screws go off? because there's no movement in the watch
