rodwc
these spacers you speak of, what do they look like qnd where can you get some? They would need to look like this, and most probably would need to be custom made in SS. to fit the strap. 4 in total would be required. Put it this way, if you decide to go this way, I would make them up for you, but the proviso is I need to get a detailed answer to MY problem here. It`s like , scratch my back and I`ll scratch yours. http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=71308&hl=
highoeyazmuhudee
im afraid i cant help you, as i'm learning all this for the first time myself. im entertaining the idea of just manipulating the leather, stretching it out a bit at the end with pliers. 1mm on each side. leather is skin so it should stretch and 1mm isnt that far...think that could work? i measured the same band which is offered in brown AND is 20mm and the only difference is the end on the black 18mm is 1mm short on each side where the link pin is seated. so hopefully some stretching might work, what do you think? vric
Spacers wouldn't look good. Humm, isn't Di-Model makes a strap like that ? I remember seeing something like that before.
