That is strange!They seem to make a career out of spotting fakes on Ebay when their opinion is not called for or needed. When you ask for a good reason they don't have an opinion

Sorry Dani, it happens to get engaged with family time on weekends, and there were also a lot of other threads who got me distracted.

I would say gen.

Just, can you ask for a straight front pic, not a one taken at a skewed angle?

A pic where the logo and the "L SWISS L" text can show up properly?

I have decied not to buy this i think its gen but as the seller has alot of int on this so i em sure its sold by the time i have made up my mind.

For future reference, here's one thing I would suggest. Have the seller take a picture (straight on if possible) with a post-it note or something with your name and the date written on it. That will prove that he has the watch pictured in his possession at that time. That still does not guarantee that you will receive the watch that he photographed, but it's a start. References would be the next order of business.

That said, with regard to that particular watch and the particular pictures shown, I think it's gen.
