============================================== just in case some members have not realized yet whom this contri is made about.... its about me. ok, low post count, so what. i have always flamed scamers - please dont forget - JAKUB - TWP and other known names were / are not only scamers on here, no....on repgeeks and RWI as well. i have lost money and material to scamers as well, and at the same time encouraged and tried to help other members that were scamed. who cares if i have a low post count here, i have double the post counts somewhere else. many know me and have dealt with me. what i dont get...is all the understanding and subtleness Jakub ...is still..... treated with. if i would be in his shoes, and read this thread, i would kick back and laugh. knowing nothing will happen to me. i know, not much that can be done.....but i am not calm at all, i am furious about this guy....taking perverse intrest in crucifying his reputation ! has he deserved anything better ? not having personal knowledge, experience ....propably more then you. if knowledge and experience is measured by post count on RWG....then, i have none. but.......look at the facts and get real. there is not the smallest acceptable excuse for his behaviour. no matter if here on RWG...or on RWI, on both forums are good people that work hard for their hobby ....thats why in the end its the same, RWG or RWI. speedy resolution, well, we all hoped for that.....in the end, i hope there is something learned out of that, and propably some security measures could be taken. i have been with this hobby for very long, but i have not seen a scam to this extent. and in my ( unsolicited opinion ) everybody that has lost hundreds or even thousands of dollars.....has every right to be extremly [censored]. i can just encourage all of the people involved in this....do not just take it and leave it as it is. id rather put another hundred bucks down to track this guy down and MAKE him give back your belongings. Schadenfreude ? you are out of your mind ! i feel with everyone that has lost something, been there ....done that.

i can just repeat myself, spend you next holiday in Poland, your watches are already there. if Jakub would have had problems with Police...i doubt it....he still could contact members to get things straight. for a few years...there were bus rides over to Poland to the POLISH market....on the weekends. this is nothing but a market FULL of replicas....cloth.....shoes, purses, you name it...cheap crap. the police....looked away. wonder why. all of his stories, i dont believe a word. i just asked my buddies wife ( polish background, born in germany ) if she has relatives left close to Jakub... but....only an old aunt 3 hours away from him. i firmly believe.... everything is lost. get used to this thought.

================ exactly, triplehd.... one e-mail to the Admin, where he explains his situation. guess thats to much asked for. lets assume he has no bad intentions...no matter how depressed somebody is...there is a few minutes to explain and send a mail. ONE MAIL !! no reply to the customer in germany that send watch and money to him. propably the best thing to do....is kissing your stuff goodbye.....then you can only get a positive surprise...if anything shows up in the future.

anyways, if everybody gets his stuff back now, ( which i certainly hope for ) then i am asking myself.... what made him suddenly - after month of not answering ONE phonecall....not ONE reply to e-mail... what makes him NOW ... - say he will get things done and return the goods ? propably he realizes he was about messing with a few of the wrong kinda guys that will not put up with it, sit still, and take a loss. propably my comments helped.... ....to put some fear in him ...to make him reconsider - that what he is doing since month could cause him some SERIOUS consequences !! who knows ! trust me, i know, he was threatened...not from me.....but i promise, there are people waiting for their stuff - and they will not get no police involved. but their issue will be taken care of. no matter how..... hopefully things will work out. sometimes....being nice and only please.....might not get you somewhere. lets see now. Stephane, feel free to apologize to Jakub for my racist way of seeing and articulating this UNBEARABLE issue.

i once got scamed in a deal and lost 4.5 k on the internet. paypal did not help at all. there is a internet crime and scam report website, run together with the FBI. i reported the whols case, and got a letter that a federal investigator will review the case. after 8 month...i got another letter. nothing that he can do, - please contact a specialized lawyer. contacting the polish police, and show / proof evidence..... until anything happens, lets get real - might take years. i dont want to even know how many internet fraud and scams are piling up in Poland...besides the other crimes. anybody in here that is a member of the Hells Angels - they have chapters in poland. i am sure things would speed up TREMENDOUSLY when one of these guys would knock on his door.....

if i remember correctly - end of june beginning july.

============ german guy from RWI did sent a IWC chrono crystal to him. he got it back with edges broken off and massive scratches. complained to him.....and Jakub apologized.....and replaced it with a perfect AR coated crystal 3 weeks later. still....we were wondering where the replacement crystal came from.

i dare to post again and i am trying to control how upset i am about this issue. my warning level can still rise one more time, correct ? exactly....free work for good review. he had contacted many members that have - expensive - watches and offered free work. screening carefully who has those watches - knowing exactly whom to offer that. free work. thats how he got a gen Heuer from a friend of mine. ( besides my warnings ) now, a very common practice from the east scamers ( just for your info - it could help and be the only way to get your stuff back ) if for example a car gets stolen....or personal belongings - the victim will somewhen later be contacted....and offered the item to buy back. money talks...often those crooks are not really intrested in the item itself. but in seeing cash. i personally know a owner of a gas station. his 9 month old Audi Abarth S6 was stolen. his insurance was oblidged to pay his loss. the full new list price. 2 weeks later the insurance was contacted ....from the people that have stolen the car. they said: you are supposed to compensate 60.000 Euros for the car. we offer to give it back for 45.000 Euros. in order to save 15.000 Euros, insurances go for it. propably it will be the best bet to ask him how much he wants to give back what he has. you can not count on police, PI's, etc. it might take endless month..cost more and more....and drag. ..and i can promise...it will lead to nothing. i mean this honest and well. i have seen this many times. not sure if it will help. might be a chance. propably the only one. just posted this for consideration. now...warning level even more upper ? oh well.....

not to mention the money sent . friend of mine in germany did send 1 gen ( old Heuer ) and a IWC CD 07.

wonderful watch. awesome picture. funny....every package i sent to friends in the US was opened....stuff missing....or gone completly. once i send german x-mas candy to California- value about $ 100. it arrived 10 weeks later....every candy was opened, bitten into it.....or cut off in the middle. the remains were thrown away. great customs officers in the US. hope they choked and died on it.

insist on getting replacements. that is such a headache.... good luck and i hope for a quick solution !
