Pix
Dear all, I have a doubt regarding the way to set the date on this watch. I felt some resistance while doing it and now am very reluctant in manually setting the date. First a picture of the watch (took it from Tin0, thx !!) Actually it looks a different from the usual seconds@3 7750 (Blackbird for instance) as the crown & pushers are on the left. I MO only the dial is reversed, as all the rest just look like the watch has been turned by 180 degrees, i.e. we have a very common 7750 onboard. Therefore my question : should I apply the rule of setting the time at 6.30 before setting the date, or consider I have a normal movement with reversed dial and set the time at 12.00 before touching the quick date setting ? I hope I have not damaged the movement... Thx for any hint.
musicale
Set the date at 6.30 as usual. Remember that the date change mechanism is still engaged between 10pm and 2am... the hands are put on to be pointing to 12 o'clock at midnight.
