Anyone ever have Everest Watch Works Relume a dial/hands

I'm interested to know how long it took. My watch has been gone some time now, and no one will return my emails. I'm getting a little worried. I'm used to waiting so I wanted to know anyone else's experience good or bad. I've searched and couldn't find much feedback.

Kent does top notch work, and is extremely reliable. Most of his work is on genuine watches, and the demand is quite high...so I can imagine that he gets backed up occasionally.

If you want to reassure yourself, search for the name Kent Parks on gen boards like watchuseek, timezone, or PMWF. I'm sure you won't find anything negative.

I'm on TZ all the time and if he is over there then I'm not worried. I've seen some of his awesome work and that is why I decided to try him.

I have never used Everest, but Universal did a couple of dials for me, which took a couple of months & the work was beautiful. They did, however, return all of my calls. You might try phoning instead of emailing. If they have had your parts for more than 2 months or do not return your calls for 48 hours (2 business days), I would begin to worry.

Do not worry about Kent. He is an incredible craftsman. However, his communication can be poor at times. He is well worth his price, communication issues and the wait. Remember this is Kent's hobby. He has a full time demanding job as well as a beautiful family.
