SOSF strap to bracelet problem

Does anyone know why I'm having trouble fitting a bracelt on to my SF? Both sides just won't click in. Same bars as before, so could the lug holes have changed? I got the watch on strap from Joshua in November and he just sent me a bracelet last week.

Try switching the bracelet end pieces around, slight differences between these might be enough to stop the spring bars popping into their holes.

Same thing happend to me. Had to eyeball it and press the end of the springbar with a jewelers screw driver (I can't see it, but I am sure I had to bend it slightly). I went back and forth eyeballing and pressing for about 30 minutes and finally got it. Given how common this is, I have to believe that they are sloppy and half ass drilling spring bar depressions when they know it's going on a strap.
