ShawnBeever
I would like to build another 5513 and I am thinking of using the jewelleryandwatch case. Are they more accurate than the MBW equivalent and does anybody know what ETA movement options would fit. Thanks
yellomen
I think you name the only possible good 5512/5513 case for a project... a vietnam case!! I don't know if there's a lot of difference between the viatnam casemakers, but the difference wiht the regular MBW is too big to ignore, although the price is quite steep! You can also check ND Trading and Vintagewatches MQ... like they say in the east... same, same, but a little different
freddy333
The Vietnamese case is the closest to the gen, but it is designed to fit a gen movement. So if you are going to use an ETA, you will probably need to use a spacer ring & I do not know if any of the existing spacers will fit those cases without some modifications???????
