I'm sure its one of those plainly obvious answers, but I can't figure out how you tell the time on this watch!! The bottom sub-dial is a seconds dial (I'm sure of it). I am pretty sure it is going to show up on that rolex deepsea that doubles as a dress watch That's why we know it is 10 minutes past who knows...
