Spoooooonz Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 Rather than run a PVD service (which thinking about it would be a logistical nightmare) I figured I would start off by offering a watch that is in high demand with a proper PVD coating. Please post suggestions for the watch to do and a rough idea of watch you would expect to pay.
ajoesmith Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 PVD PAM 28, its the rarest and probably in most demand but not available anymore
anton Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 a rough idea of watch you would expect to pay. I think that is a tough call as some people are completely oblivious to the costs involved in committing to such a process. Myself included. I mean, would you acquire the pieces first, or organize some type of "group buy"? Or will they be done on an "on call" basis? Let's say you get a SS base watch (maybe the PAM 002) and turn it to the PAM 009. If you also did the modding service to it and added PVD, my guess is that I'll pay ($ price of all mods) + a $150 premium for your service.
lololo33 Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 (edited) any 44mm pam case any 45mm pam case any 47mm pam case questions? PS. DSN charges $200 - $250 for these cases in PVD. Edited June 17, 2008 by lololo33
youpmelone Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 easy: two most wanted brands PAM / RLX RLX does not have a gen in PVD. so go the PAM route, those crazy guys will buy anything. As said before, pam cases in all sizes inc cg's and you have yourself a small business I'd presume.
PATerai Posted June 23, 2008 Report Posted June 23, 2008 little bump, I am willing to send my 47mm PAM to you for a PVD coating. Please get back to me if you want to proceed with this service...
rek001 Posted June 24, 2008 Report Posted June 24, 2008 Rolex Sub or even better, Sea Dweller, that would be something.
Spoooooonz Posted June 24, 2008 Author Report Posted June 24, 2008 Can anyone tell me where I could buy panny cases?

You mean some thing like repping the Pro-Hunter Rolex How about getting 10 euromariners and PVDing them, see how those apples sell!!
