bruce79
I have a modded 005g & a 112h, both heavily modded but I'm thinking of getting rid of one to free up some funds. Which would you hold onto and which would you sell...and why? Thanks Also, remaining pam collection includes a 188 & 210.
rolli
i think the 112 would be the better choice.... rolli I have a modded 005g & a 112h, both heavily modded but I'm thinking of getting rid of one to free up some funds. dluddy
We still do not have a correct Logo dial so your 005 will never be modded as close as you can get a 112 IMO I'd go with the 112. You can get that almost perfect.
ZainoDetail
Agree with the above. I love my modded 005 but know it will never be a truely great rep. The 112 has a much better chance of doing so and if I were to build another PAM it would be the 112 or
Watchman
definately the

PAMman
I'd sell both of them and get a 002 rep with a closed caseback, Swiss movement, etc.
Watchmeister
I am with T. I am not a fan of open casebacks as the rep movements are good but not that good. I didn't know they never got the logo dial correct. That is actually shocking. I would go 02 with the caseback from Davidsen.
gianton
The 02A from DSN has sausage dial where the GEN has sandwich dial.
scoobs1971
On the 005 the logo is wrong. On the 112 the fonts, shape of the numbers and font color is off. So both can't be modded to perfection unless someone makes the perfect dial.... So I would sell both and go for a PAM001B with a closed back and L Swiss L 'filled indices' dial (i.e. Angus's 'ultimate 111e + separate case back +AR removal). I think the B is a transitional model with both T and L dials.
