lazarini Posted July 29, 2008 Report Posted July 29, 2008 To all their own to me looks like a G-Shock watch ... but then again everyone has a different taste ... agree with phoband looks to be solid construction do ... Laz
ingangfilms Posted July 29, 2008 Report Posted July 29, 2008 Congratulations ! Good effort for the rep maker and a nice buying decision for the owner(s). I too fancy this rep in RG version, just wish they would get the color in right fashion.
alanytical Posted July 30, 2008 Report Posted July 30, 2008 (edited) Yeah, I like the look of the RG and this watch is definitely different, but now I keep seeing an old video game character in the design.... Edited July 30, 2008 by alanytical
Samurai Posted July 30, 2008 Author Report Posted July 30, 2008 The only gripe I have with the watch is that the lume sucks and the deployment bezel is a bit loose.....held in place only by rubber holders on the strap....else it would open up with a slight jerk of the wrist. Overall....a fantabulous watch. Cheers
rangers158 Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 The only gripe I have with the watch is that the lume sucks and the deployment bezel is a bit loose.....held in place only by rubber holders on the strap....else it would open up with a slight jerk of the wrist. Overall....a fantabulous watch. Cheers I have the same problem with the deployment buckle. It very loose and keeps openning up with the slightest pull. Looks like this is a batch problem. Should try to get it changed with the dealer if newer batch is better.
Chronus Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 Great pics! How is the crystal? It looks the tallest part of the watch, and possibly unprotected by the rubber bezel parts... is it prone to hitting anything or getting chipped?
Samurai Posted September 27, 2009 Author Report Posted September 27, 2009 Reviving an old thread as someone PM'd me this link . Have had the C1 for over a year now. The movement is still super smooth...chronos reset fine and is as good as the day I got it. I guess they really did a wonderful job with this watch.
maxman Posted September 27, 2009 Report Posted September 27, 2009 Thats always good to hear. I hope you enjoy that Concord for many years to come. Mike
