I would start with Wacko Bird Keeper if you want a good quality low price rep without any custom issues as he is within the US. Narikaa has a good selection and has an excellent reputation. Oftentimes I have read that a member has purchased a watch for a friend, or gave their watch to a friend etc. I recently have had to stop purchasing watches due to lack of funds.
