maas
Hi, I'm looking for silicon grease for my o-rings in order to increase water-proofing... Any clue where I can get some ? Is there a real interest ? Is there any good method to use ? Thanks for your advices and sorry if the subject has been posted already...
JoJo35
There are products made specifically for watch o-rings (maybe someone can provide a link, or a quick google search would probably find some); however I have found that dielectric grease for electrical equipment works just as well for my needs. You can pick up a tube in Home Depot or any electrical supply house.
kbh
Any pool supply store has grease for rubber seals. One brand is "BOSS 820 lube".

Logan
Buy the blue gasket lubricator, it makes it a whole lot easier to get an even coverage over the o-ring. The key is less grease rather than more. You'll need some extra grease too, its on the same page.
