b16a2
1.) I think it depends where ytou buy them from. I have a navitimer from Joshua and the subdials sit lovely in the surface, but some I have seen do have a stepped effect to them. I especially noticed it on the 'serie speciale' navitimer. I have the 3,6,9 version, and the subdials are very good, no step up at all. 2.) As for colour, it would depend on what you have now. I have a black navitimer, and would be inclined to buy a white 44mm GT. But I think as a whole, the black ones are 'classier looking' There are a few differences between the gen and the rep, one being the outer dial that is connected to the bezel is slightly thickker on the rep. Therefore would probably be less noticeable in the white version as there is less contrast. However some people have reported that the white dial isnt the same colour as used on the genuine. andreww
Actually the gen has step to it. The subdial itself has a pie pan effect to it and there is a ridge around the indentation. My TTK version has no step to it. Also the gen dial is very shiny and my rep has a matte finish to it. This image will give you a good representation of how the gen dial looks hi all: #1 navi. i just received. has stepped subdials- shouldn't the sub dials kinda FLOW into the face of the dial? #2 i'm gonna get a Bentley GT mini... which color is best? anyone have OPINIONS or EXPERIENCE? black, maroon, or blue? josh BTW, can you post a pic?
