ck24
hi guys, I just want to ask if anyone of you out there had bought a black SMP rep? If you did , how good it is and where is the best website to get it from? If you have some pics that will be nice too. Thanks all in advance

b16a2
Unfortunately there aren't any good replica's of this watch. If you like the 2254, have a look at the 4th gen Planet Ocean. They are similar in style, but the PO is a much more accurate watch. There are many Omega fans longing for a Bond and 2254 SMP....hopefully we will see one repped to a high standard in the future! Ps, if you decide you still want the SMP, then Silix usually carries some good SMP reps, have a look at his site. ck24
Yeah, i noticed at almost all the websites that there are obvious flaws. There seemed to be no perfect ones yet. I already have the Gen PO 42mm and its really nice, but the 2254.50 is a classic one too. I've seen on one of the website a 2254.50 with the rubber band similar to the PO and it looks cool but we don't know how is it. Thanks guys for sharing. mars08
Rolex2u have a rep on rubber for $88 at the moment. It's not bad for the price. Actually they have two versions on rubber. The other isn't much chop at all. I saw a gen about a week ago and I think it's far, far better looking in real-life than in photos. I reckon the pics I've seen make it look a bit bland. Anyway, I'm considering getting the R2u rep to use as a daily work watch.

ck24
Except the Puretime rep has a white outline around the date window... Yeah it looks accurate on pics. But what's with the white outline? Maybe i need a permanent marker to erase it. But So far from it looks good compared to all other sites that i've seen.
