alw Posted September 18, 2008 Report Posted September 18, 2008 BT, I handled the gen today and noticed that the bracelet/strap is attached to the case in an unusual way, I saw two screws holding it....does the watch accept "normal" straps or does one need special ones, like with AP ROOs?

Yes, the SELs have been attached with two screws from both sides. I doubt there is a spring at all... so no, I don't think a standard strap would fit. However, there is a version of this watch with a rubber strap. Perhaps that would be the correct one for you?
