These are the new aquisitions.

Picked them up today...

Curiously the guy who sold me these works with these movements since the 50's and have never seen a cal. 618!

Mark, yours is the one on the lower picture.

Cheers,

M.

Comparation shots.

Maybe these two photos can show the subtle differences on the finishing of the bridges.

Maybe the one on the right will look for a new owner soon...

My first one is now being oiled and cleaned.

For Marco

my newest :D

Nice mvmt Sigi !

By the way, I thank you very much for your care and help!!!

Tell Herbert your straps have an amazing quality and craftsmanship.

The vintage tan calf strap I have on my Radiomir is smoother than peach skin!

is Portugal really the place to pick up a cortebert, i'm going there this year (couple of weeks away now!), if someone can give me a list of the places to look and the cals that are good for vintage pams i could happily spend a couple of days on the hunt. and if i found more then one i would sell the extras on here, so any help is appreciated!

Cortebert 616 are mostly in old railroad pocket watches.

You can find it in Portugal, Turkey, France, Bulgaria

thats cool, also whats the maximum i should spend on these movements and is there anything in particular i should steer clear of?
