fishgodeep Posted October 24, 2008 Report Posted October 24, 2008 These are my favourite automatics , I'm just awaiting a new PAM 28 case set back from Rolli's PVD service and that'll be added to the line-up!!! These get a lot of wear , mainly for work where I really need a date. The submersible is superb and totally waterproof so far so gets the "shallow pool" treatment most weekends, no deep sea diving for my 31/2 year old yet!! As always a big shout out to the RWG community , I couldn't have done any of these without the help of members from this board , Ziggy , Uncle Jay , Lello , Kruzer so many thanks gents Here's the specs..... PAM 024A - Rep Case Set polished by Ziggy , ETA 7750 - Decorated Spec installed, Gen Dial from UJ , rep hands matched by Ziggy, Lello DW , Gen Auto Crown , re-worked CG on OEM velcro dive strap I'm p*ssed though as I have lost the bezel pearl , probably swimming, if any one has a spare bezel or pearl , I'd be grateful!!) PAM 027A - Honpo version with ETA 2892-A2 Soprod 9040 Power Reserve Module , pearlaged spacer , SSSurfer Cyclops , Sapphire , gen auto crown , re-worked CG , on HKTan gator with gen buckle. PAM 196G - Picked this up from another member, Old Case Version , ETA 7753 , Lello DW , Finepics re-lumed, , If fitted a T-60 crown and OEM gator with gen deployment clasp. Thanks and enjoy FGD
turboGUATE Posted October 24, 2008 Report Posted October 24, 2008 Truly one of a kind 24A Fish! Congrats on your autos, although not my cup with the 27. I have never undestood why does an auto need a power reserve, instead of a manual? I'd find so useful on the later... Cheers!
