Reasonable priced Dials

What do you guys think of these dials? The price is right and I was thinking of a 1680 red for my mbk but I dont want to buy crap so I wanted the experts to take a look

I had an email exchange about tudor dials and weather he could get snow flake hands, he said he could not and i i know where to get them to let him know. polite but not great english

he sells these dials on the bay. when asked if the were genuine he blocked me from bidding.
