I've never seen a congregation like that. Amazing. I remember being up near Haines one time, and watching a pack of fly fisherman in the river turn around and find a bear poking through their tackle boxes on shore...and all of them had left their guns with their tackle boxes. Nobody got hurt...the bear got salmon.

I'd have no probs buying that block. Proberly not cheap anymore so paying for it may be another issue.
