Auto Wind Question

I have a Breitling Bentley when I give it a shake and wear it it runs fine. However I cannot manually wind it. When I unscrew the crown it is tight and will not turn. One click and the date changes fine. Two clicks and the time set is fine. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Something's wrong...time for service. It's usually the other way around where the auto doesn't work but the manual does. You can read the power reserve posts linked in my Noob Guide and that might offer some insight into how all this is connected.
