ifly65
This is a 1680 watch that Silix is selling...I am considering buying one. What is the BPH of the asian 17j? Is this an exceptable movement? Is this the correct dial? Isnt this a 1665 dial on a 1680? Im new to Rolex...sorry if this is a dumb question. http://www.watchsilix.com/pic/images/rol054-7.jpg

alligoat
Yep, wrong dial. Probably best to stay away from that watch. The 21j asian movement is 21600 bph and is OK for any watch- just not as serviceable as the ETA, but problem with the ETA these days is you can't be sure if you're getting a true ETA or an asian copy.
