watch_fanatic
I have seen there is a brand that is using a A7750 Shanghai 3LZF2 movement http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=220388 http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?p=1569438 with apparently quite good results, some guys state they have managed to set it to COSC levels. Does anyone have experience with this particular movement? Is it really that good and the best A7750 around? How does it compare with the other A7750s? Can all of them be on pair to real 7750s in terms of performance? Many thanks
ajoesmith
This is the same movement in our reps, the fast beat 7750. Very good movement on par wit ETA 7750. Of course you can regulate it to COSC, you can do that with a 21J as well
alligoat
If you read a little more of the discussion on watchuseek, the guy from Prometheus Watch Co says you may or may not get COSC standards by regulating the movement. But certainly the quality of these chinese movements is improving. But by the time you service and regulate a movement like this, it's not cheap, but if you like the watch it's in, it's probably the best way to go in the long run.
