I have read a lot of posts where new crowns have been "installed" and CG mods so that it will sit closer to case. But with these mods, can the lever still be fully functional, as that must be dependant on the sizes of either the CG "gap" or the crown's "thickness". Start removing metal to get a better fit between the case and guard and you will almost certainly need to adjust the action of the lever. DSN, according to his page, has a7750 b1 movement, which was the generation prior to the A7750 28.8k bph - well according to The Zigmeister's review. Has that changed?
