Uhrenfreund25
Hi! Why do the factories such big mistakes in producing replicas? To the story: I wanted to buy one of ELs really great GMTs, he offers at the moment. (They look in fact really great!) So I compared his pics of the watch with the gen on the Panerai-Page...and what happened? Well, I noticed a really big flaw, which makes all reps easy to spot as reps: there is no minute-mark on the Position of "9" - between the subdial and the number "18". So can you tell me how something like that can happen? Happens this on purpose? What do you think?

Send it to The Zigmeister for an addition of the marker There are other easily identifiable flaws on this model as well, but that is pretty bad. Others I see are that the minute hand is too skinny (should be same width as hour hand) and L Swiss Made L should be to the side of the GMT 12, but it's underneath. swdivad
Besides these three being a pure fantasy watch, that IS a pretty glaring flaw, chucks off the whole balance of the dial.... V2, where are you?

Also, the blue dial has way too many and easily identifiable mistakes in the markings. Edited July 26, 2006 by GhostfaceZX

Finepics
To paint that minute marker back in would be very very difficult - not for the faint hearted!!!
jimmytim
Once you take notice, it is there everytime you look at it. Damn, I thought I would buy this one...
