sander
Ok what did I do: Gen Strap Gen Deployment Gen Crown Gen Dial Relumed Hands C1 Chief's AR Raised PR hand. (the standard one is hitting the dial) I think it's quite amazing how detailed the rep parts are. The crown is almost identical and also the dial is pretty close. I made a comparison pic of the rep and gen dial and this is what I noticed. (sorry for the lousy pic) The printing on the gen dial is whiter than on the rep The "IWC" print is a little thinner on the gen. The 8 is different. The hours markers and the triangle are higher on the gen (thicker layer of lume) Of course the lume is much better. Size of the date window, power reserve display, distances etc etc. are spot on. Almost forgot. The feet of the dial had to go so I had to glue the dial on the movement ring. Hope you like it. Cheers Sander

turboGUATE
Looks terrific! For me what really compliments enough the watch is the good strap and the raised date. The rest of the mods are great, but just a luxery. Enjoy your watch. Cheers!

Vlad1980
How did you get your crown to work with the rep movement? Mine broke off and I am looking at ways to fix it. Edited January 25, 2009 by Vlad1980
sander
How did you get your crown to work with the rep movement? Mine broke off and I am looking at ways to fix it. The crown fits the rep stem. So no problem.

Guest asim
You have actually inspired me to get a BP. Thing that is also very important to me is time-keeping. How is the BP v1 on that? And could I swap the current movement with an ETA that is sitting idle in my Sub LV??
