Sweet, some of you are SOOO good, you can tell movement from a static shot of an unknown make from 20 yards!

How does the subdial configuration indicate quartz? Is it because there are 3 subdials crammed into a relatively small dial and auto or manual would need more space? Thanks for the heads up, I love the info on this site! :)

Please excuse my ignorance as I have no idea who the guy is but since he's on starpulse, with a picture showing off his watch, he's probably some "famous" guy. Why don't you google him. Chances are, he has a deal with the manufacturer and there is something about it on the net.

because it has typical quartz movt. subdial placement just like this Quarz-eta powered tagheuer f1 chrono

usually auto chronos come in tricompax (el-primero,rolex 4130,eta 2894-2 etc..)

or most typical 12,9,6 layout (eta 7750 and many other modded or complete in-house movts with same/similar layout)

OOH it's more of a spacing thing? It seems like the quartz one has more space between them while it would make sense the autos would be closer together to make the need for less tiny little gears
