dssd v3 asian eta clone needs some help

when I shake my watch on my wrist or take it off and give it a wiggle I can hear the winder inside...is this normal or do I need to take the back off to tighten the weight? Any help would be much appresiated

If it sounds like it's spinning freely, then it's normal. if it sounds like the metal rotor is grinding against the caseback, then it might have a loose rotor screw.

Some 7750's are even so loud people can hear them from 4 feet away.

My DSSD ETA clone is silent. Sounds like something is loose in yours.
