nikki6 Posted April 10, 2009 Report Share Posted April 10, 2009 Try turning the crown clockwise when it is in the first unlocked position. Some watches need the mainspring tightened, so wind the crown clockwise about 20-30 times just to get some tension in the spring. If this doesn't work send it back to your dealer as DOA.
