Of course, the ones who want to stay elsewhere can do that, but at least let me know. I really need to send the list of rooms in the next days .... Hilton is going to enter the names in their system with our special rate. No need to pay in advance, you will pay yourself at the Hilton and get that rate. If you're not in the system, it's the normal rate though... Remember the main day is Saturday 23rd. But you can come earlier of course. I have booked my Eurostar tickets and was hoping to travel over with Asim and we were planning to share a room. Asim and I have talked on the phone but he is trying to sort some personal issues and will let me know this weekend if he can definiately attend.
