It's nice but only 40 mm, a bit small for my taste.

Yep, i prefer also the larger watches, but a nice fortis like this i could let go by....

I'd say from personal experience that this is THE most readable watch I've ever seen. Perfect for really USING the thing... "read-it-at-a-glance" is effortless, and the non-screwdown pushers get used all the time.

Looking forward to receive it from the land of the 1000 dreams.....(Neils beautiful country)

Nice to see good replicas of another great brand. :)

The 7750 based pilot chronographs from Fortis and Tutima should be possible to replicate quite easily.. But I doubt that there would be much demand..

One minor thing that buggers me about this one is that on the gen, the hands that are used for the chrono-function are orange and the other are white... Here, they have somewhat mixed it... The running seconds are orange and the hour-chrono hand is white.

But, what the heck.. That can be fixed! :-)

Actually... the three hands used for timing on Neil's are orange, as on the gen. These are the central seconds, and the two subdials at 12:00 and 6:00. At 9:00 position is the running seconds, which should be white.

On my gen the hour and minutes hands and the arabic numerals are noticeably green... maybe Neil's photo just washed that out?

(I won't mention the lack of DAY ... the date looks pretty good)

We could ask Neil, or wait until my fortis has arrides at his new home....

and about the lack of day.....I don't mind....

In dutch:

Mon is Maan

Tue is Dins

Wed is Woens

Thur is Donder

Fri is Vrij

Sat is Zat

Sun is Zon

So there isn't enough place on the dial.... :whistling::whistling:
