Jkay
I started to disassemble this very nice rep, and realized I had no clue how to disengage the movement from the crown since the entire watch comes out of the FRONT of the solid case. I can tip the face and movement up slightly and SEE the battery vaguely .. but it's a stout, fat battery and it'll eventually have to come out. How do you disengage the crown and stem from a B&R?? thanks!
offshore
I don't specifically know this watch, but my guess is it has a split stem. Here is a tut on them. http://montresuisses.blogspot.com/2007/01/...iece-watch.html You can research split stems or two piece stems around the net, and should get your answers. McRae
Nope, no split stem on this one. You remove the screw on the back (that say's "do not remove") and push on the button under it to remove the stem.
