The 12 Triangle is off, and the lume is sloppy on it too, but what you need to remember, is you are looking at close up photos, and these will not be that noticeable when wearing. The correction of the misaligned triangle is easy enough to correct yourself with the correct tools. Up to you my friend really as the misaligned 12 marker is a pretty common flaw with many Rolex reps in the lower price range.1 point

Dont worry about oiling and servicing until the watch either loses or gains unacceptable amounts of time or it stops working. Before setting the date, adjust the time to 6:30 and then set the date and once the date is set adjust to the correct time....simple Also, do not press the chrono reset button if the chrono is running. Start, stop, reset in that order. Enjoy, it's a cracking watch1 point
