It's been a while since I last took a minute to post pictures of a build, but it's not everyday I get to work with Viet parts these days... And I wanted to share about this one. This is a case retailed by Phong. I reshaped it to have a better angle of brushing on the lugs and create large bevels. The polishing was made to give the feeling of an extremely well kept watch. No new. Not half destroyed. Just right. The crown is form the same dealer, but it was completed with an athaya tube featuring the correct seat shape allowing the crown to seat higher. Dial, hands are from Phong as well. The dial was matte: I tripped it and lacquered it with 3 coats of arylic, and finished it with Vernilline to simulate the patina. A puffy lume job after and voilà ! Bracelet is from Yuki of course, refinished with the mirror polishing inside like seen on early models. Inside beats a swiss slow beat and non hacking behaving like a genuine rolex calibre. A super piece to wear and keep !!!!! Enjoy the pics !3 points

Sure. It keeps changing, but here are some photos. Some I have re-built, sold or traded away. Here is my collection at some point or another. I'm working on a nice vintage Rolex collection as well. More changes to come, Enjoy! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk2 points

Pretty simple really, dude had it for sale, I sent him cash, it's on the wrist. But it did arrive broken, so I sent it off to Misiekped and he did his usual magic on it. Now it's running well. Thanks Mike!1 point

Gen everything bar the midcase and crappy Hirsch curved end strap. If anyone wants to let their bracelet go for one of these let me know! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point

Not compatible. Dial feet are in a different location. You'll need a 1575 cal movement. No clones of that for now. the 3135 only work for 162XX, 14270/114270, 1661X and the later modern pieces like the SubC and DJII...1 point

Seriously dig this watch ever since I picked it up a few years ago. Serviced a few months ago again due to the flyback having too much torque! Odd problem I suppose. I have some spare parts for this watch that I am thinking about customizing.1 point

Yes a bond bracelet should fit - you just need the end links to fit the watch head. There were some for sale recently on one of the forums.1 point

Yea I was thinking of the omegas, but then I have to broach them for the 1520 etc.. but they would be more accurate and I doubt ill find a set of gens lol the last set I seen was 18K I recall that thread as well and it had the insert with the big serifs and looked amazing ! lol I need to buy this stuff when I see it as I know ill use it someday for a build. I think there was a gen service 5513 dial that had the T applied to it afterwards for sale a while back.1 point

Thanks Gents. One thing still: The bracelet had 2-3 stiff middle links as usual, and oiling and bending/twisting these problematic links for 100-200 times fixed all problems with it. It's now smooth as silk and feels like the gen. It's very nice, heavy and substantial bracelet. But of course it requires the usual rep bracelet treatment, I didn't even bother to mention it in the review.1 point
