just saw on her majesty's secret service and lazenby wears a sub, however in the scene when he is locked in the room with the large gears and cogs of the ski lift, he appears to be wearing a pre-daytona rolex chrono.
it is an adjustment and it was the first thing i did when i got my link bracelet. from memory i think you have to move it to the inner hole to make it bigger (don't quote me). The pin just pushes out and then move it to the desired hole and reinsert pin. even with the adjusment, the bracelet does not fit my wrist
So everyone who wears a Man United jumper, by your thinking, really should have played footaball for them! i think if you like the design, and go for ferrari in f1, then go for it.
....and you would give your son a rep and pass it off as a gen?
But if your Dad did give you a Rolex, why would one take it to an AD and check it's authenticity. Where's the trust? LOL
This one from Trusty has the swan neck regulator and the movement looks spot on. Can anyone tell me how close this one is and if it has the recessed pin etc?
Thanks

check out my review of the watch in the dealer review section. it is a solid watch and the links on the band have two seperate sections per links like the original. a gen band also fits the watch. i have the blue dial and the detail is good. no one is going to call you out on one of these watches.
well it doesn't look like I will be getting my watch tomorrow. It has finally come up on EMS tracing:
"Your item was processed for despatch from CHINA - GUANGZHOU EM at 23:56 on 21 May 2006."
it would want to be alot better than the last ten bond films, especially that last one. not just the worst bond movie, but one of the worst movies i've seen fullstop
Well my new watch didn't arrive in the post yesterday so I'm not going to recieve it until at least Monday. That's fifteen days. Is that normal? I received the tracking number however it doesn't show anything up. From what I've read, that's pretty normal.
I know this one from trustytime is an auto, but it looks to be as accurate as i've seen, with the correct caseback and the crown looks pretty good. anyone got any thoughts?
