  1. you guys are killing me with the strap combos for the blacksteel - i really don't like breitlings - but i'm itching the buy button!!!! Do you think going with a beautiful tan strip would be tooooo garish ? but the croc strap is just WOW.
  2. Such sexy watches!!!! I checked out the black hull on Juros via a previous post and totally fell in love - would love to buy the gen one day! Dluddy - i think your totally right - black is the new black - wonder how long it will be here to stay! I also like the breitling blacksteel. Bamford & Sons have also started to offer customised rolexs with PVD coatings - similar to the pro-hunter series - but you can do it to any of the watches, the Milgauss in black is just so sexy. http://www.bamfordwatchdepartment.com/
  3. God, I would love to have this done to my future purchase! I take it your UK based too ? With the prices being in Pounds? Great write up - pity i have sausage fingers and really don't want to ruin $800 down the pan! Am I selling myself well here?
  4. I'm there with you on this one SQL, I've been looking at them for a while and willing to throw some cash at them - the all ceramic with polished bezel seems the winner for me, but gotta see it on someones wrist before i can go all out!!! someone did a few mods on theirs - well worth looking into that too!
  5. God - just God! Shame you don't see the great Chinese copying these tourbie styles.
  6. I'm totally digging the pro-hunter look - I know its a fantasy and I'm pretty sure Rolex will only make a PVD version at a military's request. I need a new street beater - my B&R has got a scratch on the PVD - so i gotta be more careful! This could be it!
  7. Yes! This is the first breitling I a swooning over right now - the others are normally too glitzy and in many cases gaudy - but this one is a stunner. Its all about keeping it on the Down Low! GP.
  8. Its deffo a stunner - I think PVD is so hot right now - just like having your car in white! I know its a fantasy watch - but I think a PVD submariner would be slick too - different - but slick! GP.
  9. Ditto That - i'm deffo going to go with Ajoe's love the pvd - someone did a review earlier - just search for b&r ajoe. My only gripe with not going forward with it just yet is that its just not accurate enough, I would love it if the hex screws work and the lugs came off! Also some issues are apparent with the engraving on the back too. Gill
  10. God guys - i'm so pleased to have found this site - I am a huge secret fan of replica's - Blessed are the magicians who work semi-hard to recreate perfection and at times can come so close. I guess thats the spirit of mainland China - we can create just about anything - just give us time!!! So - its coming up to my Birthday - gonna be 30 and no way can I afford to splash out a couple of grand when the credit crunch is hitting me a little. I am in love with Ajoe's PVD run - they look stunning and I think someone had a couple going... I guess what i wanna know is which one is the best one to get - I want to spend a bit of cash and get one wiht a decent movement and which keeps time well! I currently have a Submarina - paid
  11. Beautiful Beautiful watch!!! Tastfully done- love the calf tan strap!!! I'm looking for a watch just like that ? Did you buy the watch "stock" and then moded it with the PVD coating and Superlume ? I'm wondering if anyone has done the box sets for these watches, the packaging is just as lovely as the watch!!! would love the entire experience of it without the cost - tho I do have a lil piggy bank where i'm saving!!!
