  1. I can't specifically answer for a SSD, but in the Datejust they are interchangeable. So. I would assume they are. The most important thing is making sure you get the movement with tall hand pins. If you get the wrong size and have to change them from the old movement, it's definitely a job for a watch smith, not an amateur. The standard size won't work.

And don't worry about the day wheel. It doesn't show with the dial in place.

  2. I just received mine yesterday and can't agree more. This is a fantastic replica.

Also, I had 2 screws that were different from the rest. If I had any complaints, that would be the only flaw I've seen. Most people are going to be taking a couple links out so it's easy to get rid of them.

  3. I bought one from Bandmaniac. (The gold one)

I had to have the hand pins switched since they were too short for my rep. So either it's genuine or the genuine parts fit a rep. This went into a 2824 ETA Datejust.

  4. Ok .. other than the obvious that the present Administration have finished Raping and Looting America... what is the propaganda to this question ...

Lani, If you're asking me, I didn't ask the question. Just posted a possible answer. ;)

  5. So I read in various periodicals that by the New Year oil will be back down to about 93 dollars a barrel .... of course it would be after the Holiday's when traveling is a must for families and college kids .. by land or air ..

what would prompt this drop ?? and how can it be so well choreographed as to be able to see this happening without it being all scripted ??

can our forums expert traders chime in to enlighten me on this phenomenon .. or SOP in our World of Oil prices ?? :D<_<

The Oil Companies preparing for a Democratic House, Senate, and White House? And the end of the Bush/Cheney Regime.

  6. I've had mine for about 3 weeks and have had only a small problem of the GMT hand not being exactly lined up on hour when it should be. The difference is not enough to bother me so I have left it pretty much alone.

It's been kicking along happily on a winder since I got it but I did have to adjust the regulator. It was losing about 3 minutes a day. I've turned the regulator about all the way to the plus side and now it's gaining a few seconds a day. It keeps pretty much the same exact time as the other 3 on the winder.

All in all, I'm very happy with it. I just find I don't wear it because it's such a nice watch I don't want to scratch it. I'd rather beat up my SSD>
