I believe the 7750 is what you seek.
-
Very interesting but the band looks too big to be a vintage.
-
Nice job as always Marty!
-
Wow this is a stunning example.
-
R have you ever done a 6542? That would be a fun project withe the acrylic insert.
-
Another great build and picture summary M Congrats!!!
-
You seek a 7836 folded band from Mary at Watch International. They are on this forum.
-
Great job as always!
-
So Freddy what is your process of finding these people? Do you go to jewelry shops in small towns and ask if they have any old watch parts for sale?
-
I trimmed the inside of my bezel as well. It was easy and did not take that long. Just do a little at a time.

I plan on taking some better pics with my Canon 50D. I really need a light box.

After nearly a year my 7032 is finally completed! I got the 7734 movement about a year ago for $105 on the bay. I then got the case from DW, hands from Yuki, and folded link band from Mary. The watch was sent the Zigmeister for a full service. He then match the markers to the hands. Here is a quick picture. I would like to take some better ones later this week.

I guess I should pop the bezel off and glue it from the back?
-
My Euromariner sub insert fell out the other day. It will not click back in so I supposed it was glued. What is the best way to get it back in?

I think M posted about a new after market crystal that has a beveled edge like the gen and is very inexpensive. That would be a good choice. Here is a link to the thread:

Marty the build looks great! I know it has been a labor of love. The bezel turned out really well. A lot of people end up having to shave some of the dot markers on the bezel off. Yours looks perfect! My 7032 is on route to the master. I hope to have it soon. Did you use the stock endlinks or did you get some gen ones?
-
Which crown guards look better the PT or the Yuki?
-
It is called asymmetrical.
-
I wonder if DW would sell a case without the holes drilled.
-
ChiMan I think it looks great!

You need the following parts:
8000/3 bestfit X5942 chrono seconds gear
8040 bestfit X5944 chrono minute gear
8120 bestfit X5924 sliding gear
Cousins UK has them in stock
-
I have got the master up north
-
What is the proper crown?
-
M are you going for a gen crown as well?
