Hey Guys!
I'm in Dubai staying at Atlantis on The Palm. The hotel itself holds a Cartier boutique, Chopard boutique and several stores selling diamond filled Rolexes, Tudor and Panerais.
Yesterday i visited the IWC flagship store and looked at the new vintage collection..might have to buy myself a vintage aquatimer..so cool :-)

A second hand Gen can be had for about $3,000. Such a watch is likely to keep its value pretty well and will be possible to sell anywhere.
For better or worse, even the best Franken versions will remain reps.
I have a problem paying about 1/3 of the price of a Gen for a rep. Even though it looks like Concepta makes a beautiful and workable one, that is just too much relative to the Gen.

Second hand prices are around 4500-5000 USD on Ebay, WJUS etc.

I can´t believe you guys being so patient. I would hunt him down and get medevil on his ass! It´s not about the money..it´s about the dignity!
Come on..you have been ripped off big time. I ship from Sweden every week and sending with tracking and insurance is 5€...
You DON`T ship items over 150USD without tracking..and most defiantly not without agreeing with the buyer.
Shipping normally takes about 5-10 business days from here to all over the world (some exotic countries excluded)
Let this be a learning for everyone..always ask for traceable shipping!
