Hello,
I am trying to waterproof my 177H. Everything is fine except for the crown (as I expected) as it does not screw in but is only pushed by the crown guard system. Anyone has a good solution to make my crown stop leaking ?
ps. I have greased all of the o-ring, of course !
Hello,
I am looking for o-rings that are around the crown (you know the tiny ones) like the ones on the submariner crown and tube or the panerais. But I have some troubles to name them. When I search o-ring on the bay I find the large one that are used for waterproofing the case back. Anybody knows what is it called and where to find some ?
Thanks in advance.
Out of curiosity I wonder how many of you are in the same state that I am with the supposely to come new moonwatch. Maybe it will put some pressure on our fellow dealers here
Hi everyone,
The crown of my 45.5 UPO doesn't seems to screw anymore. I looked at it but it seems like there is no "screw" on the tube anymore…
I don't explain it… But as it doesn't screw anymore I guess I need to replace the tube and crown with some gen or rep parts…
Anyone knows where this parts could be source ?
thanks,
docdoc
ok thanks for the advice… I have this blue rounded box for greasing the oring. I think it does the job quiet well. As you said, it always looks "wet" but never have too much on it… Reading your advices looks like I am doing something right (for once :-D )
Hello,
I wonder if anyone knows the way to make the chrono pushers of the cousteau 2006 waterproof ? The case back and the crown is an easy task but I am stuck with the pushers
