Sweet i will talk to Jakub then. I hope i dont need to get the eta wheel though, didnt find any on the bay. No strap for me, only SS. Maybe a rubber strap for the carrera, saw a pic with Hamilton using it and it looked neat. The SS on the Carrera could be more "solid" even though its very comfortable to use.

Im really thinking about changing the datewheel and get some AR work on them. I belive it wouldnt hurt to get them serviced aswell. Is there someone that can do all that? Hate to send a watch to 5 diff. guys depending on what work you want to have done *lazy* Another pic:

Heya all, Time to share 2 new items bought from J in summer 2008. Overall they are both great items, the look and feel is very good. J delivered as promised. The Carrera took 2 weeks to arrive and the Link took 1 week. My pros and cons regarding the items are listed below. TAG Link: + Very smooth and sexy watch. Bracelet/crown quality is perfect. - Bracelet clips only have one size so can be hard to fit perfect to your wrist (general problem). Runs fast +1min/day Lume is a bit weak. TAG Carrera Racing: + Bracelet is very comfortable. - O-ring pointing out from the case. Need to open case and correct. Datewheel not aligned perfect. Some dates seem not to be centered. The lume. Good luck with your TAG, i would recommend these from J, im proud to have them on my wrist.

Hm maybe not for me, ill stick with my Link and Carrera. Noticed that J lowered the price on the Carrera`s in general but with a whole 50$ on the Carrera Racing. I must have been the last one who bought the Carrera Racing for the hefty price of 288$. :/

Nice, nice piece. I got my blue Link 1 week ago and i agree the qual/feel of the watch is outstanding!! I have just ordered the Carrera Racing its going to be nice to see if that can keep up with the Link. Congrats for the watch, one more happy Link fellow

Yup im really thinking about AR, even though i understand that the gen dosent have AR either. Maybe ill get it done when ill send it for service. And i noticed that the lume on this one really suck, maybe the gen does that aswell.. but it needs improving. Um btw is the sec. hand suppose to move one step forward when resetting the crono? Got some new pics that show how the hand didnt fall back to position 12 when resetting.

Tada today the item arrived. From payment to wrist it took about 2 weeks, im happy with the deal in general. Item looks great. Cant stop looking at it. Havent found any faults and crono is working fine. Great job Joshua! Tried to take some pics of the item, but damn this watch is hard to photograph. I will take better pics when i have decent light and yadayada.

Adblock, noscript are given addons. Dont surf the net without them! Foxmarks is also handy, Download statusbar is also one of my best addons. Makes downloading files very easy. PicLens for browsing pics is very neat, try that and PDF download. Easy to open/save pdf files.

For me in .se USMC needs explanation ;p (oh forgot us = everybody in the whole world knows about it ) *joke* Anyway Slask is a .se name for misc items. Compare it to the etc folder on any *nix systems.

Heya all, Been lurking around for a while and decided to present myself. 29 year old product specialist (doc management) who really enjoy nice things. And a watch is right up there at the top. As old reps i have for the last years been using badly made Thai street stuff. I am tired of them breaking down and well *heh* i have been called out to many times. I want to thank you all for all the great info that is shared here. You have made my purchase sooo much easier, i feel confident in buying a 300$ watch after all the tips i have found. So now when i have stayed in for a week just reading on this forum i have decided to get the TAG Link Crono. I went for that one since i want to start with a daily beater for office use. It is looking so good but also discrete. I spent in total 371$ for a watch+case+freight. Actually my most expensive watch so far hehe. Bought it from (like the newbie i am) Jushua and placed an order 3 days ago. I will post how the purchase went and will post pics as soon as the bloody thing arrive. Oh i cant wait, as i read somewhere.. the bug is in me. Just need more money cause theese things aint for free. cheers.
