I agree with you athan. As a new guy here i assumed that the dealers/modders etc with their own section on the forum had to identify themselfs in some way. They earn money and gain trust by being here. Im simply amazed that no one can find this guy, he has been doing deals here for years.

I dont want to send guys to anyone if im not 110% that i have been ripped off. I for one dont want to call J a scammer cause my watch arrived at J`s place just over a month ago. So in a normal situation i would still wait atleast 4 more weeks before even sending J an email for a status check. But then again alot off ppl have been waiting months for their stuff without any word/false words and i guess you are pretty sure you have been ripped off. As you can see im a bit torn about this whole matter. The Admins here seems to know whats going on "behind the scene", should we go further with this or do you have any other suggestions?

My vote is that Admins here hire a Private Investigator to track Jakub down. Admins can setup a Paypal account so that all of us can chip in. We need to start doing something and i belive the Admins here are the ppl to do it.

Heya all, A couple of months ago a got this item as a gift. It was a 100$ item bought on the streets off Thailand. I cant find it at our dealers and im curious what cinda rep it is. Maybe you know? I know its not 1:1 etc etc just curious about the model. Its 41mm in diameter and weight is 67grams. Are all IWC reps this light in weight? cheers

To be honest i felt alot better a few years ago when i used 50$ thai street watches. Back then i didnt know anything about reps and was happy!!! Now when i know every difference between my reps and the gens my mind cant just let that go. It needs to be perfect!!!! Scary man its not fun.. and expensive to Yes i am to broke to spend that money on gens and my hands are not trusted near the inside of a watch. So until i find a guy to mod watches in EU for almost free im doomed. Isint life a [censored] ;p

If i sold dials with a good logo and read that post about the swap i would raise my price as well. We all got to eat mate. I would have no problem with a 51$ mod instead of a 220$ gen dial.. if i knew how to do that mod.. i really want a correct logo on the UPO as well. Buy the dial, change the logo and enjoy your timepiece even more then before

I have one that i bought from J. Works fine but look/feel is not the best. But then again im comparing it to the Link that i also have from J. Now the Link is just outstanding.

Just a small update. Talking to K2222 now and i will start off by sending the Link for double AR and dw swap. Also changed my mind regarding the Carrera and a leather strap. Have ordered a DI-Modell Jumbo strap that i think will fit the Carrera nicely. Ill post some pics when the Link is back and when the Carrera got the new strap.
