Ugh no. If we start from scratch, the way to go is to organise some web hosting somewhere and install one of the open-source boards. phBB or the like. Most of these 'free' hosted forums are pretty awful. Probably the least sucky (and most likely to stick around) of them is Delphi, but I don't know whether we would fall foul of their T&Cs. It's an option we can look at if we decide to start again, though... You can tell at a glance - paying members have $Supporter under their avatar....

hehe - well done, mate - at least you've proven that we DID talk watches on RWG1 occasionally I'm now just two watches short of a full watchbox (umm.... that sounds like I'm admitting something else - nevermind ), so I'm saving a 'my collection' post for when I fill those two spaces....

Not necessarily - a lot of hosts will suspend an account this way for constantly exceeding bandwidth. Seen it many times. I guess we'll see...

3rd possibility: We were using too much bandwidth and exceeding the limits of our hosting plan, in which case an upgrade to a higher-spec plan with more bandwidth might fix the issue. No way to know until JB gets hold of Blade, though...

Despite the fact that my collection continues to grow, I'm definitely a 'wearer'. My PAM 111h gets the most wrist time, followed by my VC perpetual retrograde calendar - but all of my watches get work at least once or twice per month...
