Hi guys,
Is there any update about this watch?
If it does, who have them?
I am about to pull trigger for this one or Skyland.
But skyland will look funny and way too big to me since I am 5.7 and 156lbs, so I am more leaning to evo.
both are more or less the same
get a mid-size Cockpit instead

fear not
as the holiday season draws nearer, you'll find someone soon

i can't even bring myself to part with my old reps to make room for new reps ...

I called the police, the woman on the phone told me they would NOT come by and check for fingerprints or anything. She told me, because it was 1 night ago, they wouldn't do anything. The only thing I can do is go to the police office and report it
I told her, that I was trying to make sure noone I know played a prank on me and that I tried to investigate the matter myself, but she would not listen. She got really pissy on the phone.
When I asked her for the address, she could only tell me the street name, not even the number, I asked her what kind of police officer she is when she can't even tell me where the police station is nor be of any assitance in this matter.
did you try asking for her watch commander ?

sorry to hear but it sounds like an inside job ... whoever came in knew exactly what he wanted and how to find it
in fact, i'm surprised if the cops didn't think you were in on it
i reckon you can get the ps3's mac address from your router's dhcp client list
that in turn can be used to track the device the next time it connects to the internet
the situation can't get any better as the economy grinds slower and expectations stay the same
i hope you had some form of insurance to make good your loss

i saw Glock being interviewed after the race ... he was trying to laugh it off, rather sheepishly but not particularly convincing IMO

Thanks TT, i still have the crown
the inner spring and the stem are on the movement itself
so i can still pull out the stem with my finger nails to set the time, push it back and screw the crown on top of it
but winding the movement or changing the date is not possible anymore.
can I re-attach the crown onto the stem with epoxy but without taking it apart ?
-
recently I have learned that trying to drive a car, pacify a child in the infant seat and use a thumb to wind a watch all @ the same time was not a good idea.
Even if you keep the car in its lane and the baby quiet, chances are you will hit a bump and find the crown detaching itself from the stem.
my local watch-smith suggested that if i find a replacement crown he can put it back together
am not sure if that's the only option or even how to exercise it ?
Please opine and help me out
Thanks !

a tax refugee ? Obama wouldn't approve of that, haha
most racers usually cite reasons of privacy when they do ... except for Rossi who moved to the UK

You mean half his roots? His mother is English as far as I know.
Besides, if you are born and raised in England, you are English.... Don't tell me, Sylvester Stallone is an Italian actor? Andre Agassi is an Iranian tennis player? Muhammad Ali an African boxer?
i guess his move to Switzerland was based on his blind English patriotism
