i bought a couple of dualies from Wolf during their last Clearance sale 4 speeds, bi-directional motors and they've been running almost non-stop for a few months now no complaints so far except a little noise when they spin up the heavy cases excellent after-sales service too

as nice as a bottle of scotch I'd chalk it up to an expensive lesson learned on the cheap

good to know but USPS is not without its flaws either I've mailed 5 packages out this week, two of them to Chicago @ the same time to the same address - one was delivered earlier today and the other sits somewhere in CO ... go figure
